| We accept all major credit cards. Houseboat will not be held for “no shows” beyond the day of arrival unless we receive prior notification.
Gas, ice, and drinking water are not provided.

There is no cell phone service available on the boat due to the mountainous region. A phone is available for use, at the marina, with a calling card.

Listed below are a few instructions, which you may find helpful.
1. No Smoking Allowed on Boat.
2. Air conditioning controls are located in living room and master bedroom.
3. Two fans are provided, one in living room and one in downstairs bedroom.
4. To flush toilet, push knob located on lower left corner of sink cabinet.
5. Do not flush anything down toilet other than one ply toilet tissue.
6. When taking a shower, pull knob out (located beside knob to flush toilet). This allows water to drain out of shower.
7. Linens and towels will be changed after your visit. Please leave linens on beds and towels in bathrooms.
8. Wash all dirty dishes.
9. Please gather trash in plastic bags provided and discard at the Marina.
10. Please pay Marina for gas used on Pontoon Boat.
11. Do not turn any navigating controls on (in house boat or on top deck).
12. The water system is filtered water; please bring bottled water for drinking and cooking.
13. Close all windows before leaving and return key to Marina.
