
We take all major credit cards. Houseboat will not be held for “no shows” beyond the day of arrival unless we receive prior notification.
Gas, ice, and drinking water are not provided.

Reservations made by phone or e-mail will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Refunds or rain checks will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, cancellations, weather conditions or unforeseen maintenance malfunctions. This is a seasonal business with little chance of walk-in replacement for a cancellation, which necessitates a very firm cancellation policy with a 30-day notice; however, credit for your deposit may be given for another set of dates in the Quiet Season (before May 23 and after Sept. 7).
Deposits
The full amount is due for three nights or less. A two night deposit is required for more than three nights. Your deposit will be applied to your stay provided there are no damages, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or late checkouts. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your stay or your reservation may be forfeited.
Check In - The rental day begins at 3:00 P.M., no later than 4:00 P.M. (No one will be available to assist you after 4:00 P.M.).
Check Out - Check out time is 12:00 Noon.
